Your Finca el Regalo booking must be accompanied by € 400,00 booking fee plus a returnable security deposit of € 300. The balance is due to 8 weeks prior to departure. If your booking is made 8 weeks or less before the hire commencement date it must be accompanied by full payment.

Use of sauna: €50,00 / week (optional)

Extra "tower suite" €35,00/day (optional)

  Check-in and Check-out between 10,00PM - 1,00AM : € 80,00 

Check-in and Check - out between 1,00AM - 7,00AM: € 100,00 

Also other problems not related to the proper functioning of the rental house are subject to the same tariffs during the night hours.
